Built on science. Applied to teaching.

Beyond the Cue is a 12-week online mentoring program built around anatomy, biomechanics, movement assessment and cueing, the depth of knowledge that makes the difference between a good instructor and an exceptional one.

We work through the body joint by joint. You'll develop a clinical eye, understand the science behind why bodies move the way they do, and learn how to apply that in every session you teach.

No soft skills. No fluff. No time wasted.

Thoracic mobility, rib mechanics, breathing as a movement pattern.

Week 07

Scapular mechanics, thoracic influence, why clients consistently struggle here.

Week 08

Week 09

Assessment in practice

How to assess a body before and during a session, practical frameworks.

Week 10
